Program includes seven 3-hour sessions; helmet required
You are guaranteed to have an eXtremely fun time! This “club within a club” is for Intermediate-Advanced snow riders who want to be part of a camp-like program. This program not only features skill development, but also brings in an element of fun with several activities such as on-snow games, cookouts, dance party and an Extreme Team Race. Children should be able to ride the chairlift and ski/board comfortably on (at minimum) Blue terrain. “Teams” are assigned based on age and ability level. Safety is always stressed.
Skiers (6 years old and up)
In addition to ski fundamentals, coaches focus on beginning skills in racing and freestyle. A great deal of time is spent in structured free skiing aimed at improving coordination and general technique. Training on moguls and terrain park features as well as participation in our Race can be expected.
Snowboarders (for kids 8 years old and up)
Have you ever thought about “grinding a rail” or “catching some air”? Now is your chance! Our coaches teach the latest techniques to all future “slopestyle” stars. A great deal of time is spent on our “park” futures. Along with structured free riding aimed at improving technique, skill development will include riding the rails and catching (small) air. A large emphasis on safety and proper park etiquette is always stressed.
